The receptionist Imtihaz was super friendly and welcome, very professional guy. Lovely place to stay.

The location was it's number one feature. It was very accessible, clean, good value for money and the staff was supportive. Very close to all facilities including food, travel and the rooms were very quiet. Highly appreciated the support I got from the staff and it deserves a 10/10. Good for families even if you have a baby along with you. Money exchange, food, medicine, bus and grocery store were within a minute.

The hotel is nice and the location perfect to visit Dubai. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Indika and Zia made us feel at home and helped us in every way they could. Absolutely recommendable accommodation.

Staff are fantastic. Recognize guests from previous stays and make them feel valued. I'm sorry can't remember the name of the person in charge of front desk. A very friendly srilankan gentleman. Thank u for your hospitality.

It was very nice to stay at this hotel. When we arrived at the property they upgraded our rooms because they didn't have twin bed in the room which we had originally booked.
Also when we complained about wifi they offered to change room again and finally they have it fixed.

Staff was very accommodating, special mention to saiful bellman and receptionist on the time of my check inn, that I forgot his name...but I got his awesome picture...

We were upgraded to 1 bedroom apartment, which was very nice. The staff is excellent and always sat your service! The bed was large and very comfortable. They have private parking. Many budget restaurants and coffee shops. It is a busy area with a lot of traffic but there is a metro station within walking distance. There were some problems with the washing machine and leaking water in the bathroom but everything was fixed within 30 min which was a great service. Airport within 10 min drive.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment for one night. And we loved our stay. We arrived at the hotel very early, around 3 in the morning. The manager was waiting for us, gave us a free room upgrade and made multiple calls to nearby restaurants himself to arrange for some food delivered at the hotel.
About the apartment, it was really nice. Has a big sitting-dining area with couch and a dining table. It has two bathrooms, and a comfortable bed. The kitchen has all the amenities, a microwave, plates, glasses and cups. It also has a washer-dryer, which was very useful for us, as we were on road for a long time. Highly recommended.

The staff were incredibly hospitable and the apartment room was more than great for a last minute stay after flights were cancelled. Did have a washing machine (didn’t use though). Offered me tea and water throughout my stay and able to stay in the lobby as long as I needed.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property; most important thing was the staff , I never had such kind staff like here they were helpful; they were kind they upgraded our rooms and whenever we called them they immediately replied and solved the issue. At the reception everybody showed nice and humble attitude. I will highly recommend others to must try here.

I checked into Vista Hotel Apartments due to its proximity from Dubai Airport. It is convenient to take a taxi and reach in a few minutes. The check-in experience was pleasant, staff was courteous, and the room was sparking clean. This hotel is situated in a prime area with several methods of transport (bus, taxis and trains) widely available at any given time. During these uncertain times of a global pandemic, the hotel has taken every precautionary measure to keep its guests and employees safe. I am most certainly going to stay there when I require accommodation in Dubai again! Keep it Up Vista

The hospitality of the staff especially Mrs Soubia and Mr Irshad, my room was upgraded for free of charge, I liked the place and the staff so I decided to.extend my stay at the same and I paid the same as the regular while I was living in the upgraded one
